Activities - Fellowship - R.O.C.K.:
R.O.C.K. (Retired Older Christian Kids) 55+ singles and couples who have fellowship and dinner at a local restaurant once a month (5:30 PM on the second Tuesday of each month). Restaurants vary....check The Happenings. We average about 35 and the group is growing. As a service to our church, we give financial assistance to our college students who are studying at a Lutheran university or college. Come and join us! You will have a good time! Senior Travel Group Monthly trips to loads of interesting, off the beaten path places in and around southwest Texas. We meet at church and board a bus to various destinations. Most include a stop for lunch or dinner on your own. Plays, Christmas Lights, museums, plantations, etc. we do it all! For more information, contact Bernie Knudsen. |
