The Executive and Administration Ministry will be responsible for the following activities:

  1. Instruct the members in the grace of generous proportionate giving to God's work in the Congregation and in the world.
  2. Determine the offering potential of the Congregation for budgetary planning.
  3. Supervise the raising of all funds within the congregation.
  4. Deliberate on the financial condition of the Congregation to advise on the status of obligations and scheduling of future expenditures.
  5. Submit all records of financial transactions to the Audit Committee upon request for audit.
  6. Appoint a Counting Committee, to be supervised by the Financial Secretary.
  7. Obtain input at least annually from representatives of all organizations to coordinate the calendar and schedule events so as to prevent conflict of usage of facilities and interest.
  8. Chair the Budget Committee and present annual budget proposals to the Leadership Team and Membership Assembly.
  9. Insure the proper maintenance of worship attendance and Communion attendance records, and vital statistics such as births, baptisms, deaths, etc.
  10. Appoint a Computer Committee
  11. Oversee the production and retention of required financial statements by the Treasurer and Financial Secretary.
  12. Promote the Church Extension Fund Ministry.
  13. Oversee the production and retention of minutes of Congregational meetings and other records by the Secretary.
