The Music and Worship Ministry will be responsible for the following activities:

1. Arrange for and assure the proper conduct of all regular and special worship services.
2. Appoint the Music Director and supervise the program of music within the congregation, utilizing a Music and Worship Committee, which shall be comprised of the Music Director, Choir Directors, Organists, and at least two other Communicant Members appointed by the Facilitator.
   Activities falling under this committee include:
   Choirs - Adult, Youth, Children, Youth Music Programs, Instrumental Groups, Music Conservatory.
3. Coordinate and supervise other activities related to conduct of the worship services, including:
   - Worship Assistants (communion assistants, readers, acolytes, etc.)
   - Children's Church
   - Drama Groups
   - Banners/Worship Center Decorations
   - Wedding/Funeral Coordination
   - Prayer Vigil/Service Coordination
   - Worship Service Bulletin and Announcements.
4. Appoint and train the Head Usher and supervise the ushering program.
5. Be responsible for appropriate use of and rental rates and agreements for the Sanctuary, subject to approval of the Leadership Team.
